"KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON"
MUFFIN BANANA E DOPPIO CIOCCOLATO
INGREDIENTI:
2 uova
100 gr di farina
100 gr di zucchero
60 gr di burro morbido
50 gr di farina di mandorle
una bustina di vanillina
mezza bustina di lievito
un pizzico di cannella
tanto amore (fondamentale)
a parte:
una banana
mezza tavoletta di cioccolato al latte
mezza tavoletta di cioccolato bianco
PROCEDIMENTO:
a cubetti.
Buon appetito!

"KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON"
was the slogan written on the posters
that lined the streets of Britain
during World War II ...
Now we are not at war,
but it's the right phrase for me TODAY ...
It's weird to feel like this,
and I need to share something sweet with you ...
for this reason I leave you a recipe
that was born from the desire of my little Francy
on friday night to make something sweet with me,
he loves to create in the kitchen,
and me too,
one more way to stay together and having fun!
Thus were born:
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFIN
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
100 g flour
100 g sugar
60 g soft butter
50 g almond flour
half a sachet of vanilla baking powder
a pinch of cinnamon
so much love (fundamental)
then:
a banana
half a bar of milk chocolate
half a bar of white chocolate
PROCEDURE:
In a mixer put all ingredients until well blended
then add the banana and chocolate into small cubes.
Put in molds and bake at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes,
check with a toothpick before cooking them out of the oven.
Bon appetit!
