Buongiorno a tutti!

Hello everyone!
Amazing how as an adult come back to mind some childhood memories that seemed lost. When I came back home from Maratea, Peppe has picked the tomatoes from the garden, and I remebered that when I was a child, my father and my mother, while we were at home in Maratea, they let tomatoes and the eggplant dry and put them in a jar, and we ate them during the winter. I did not wait very long ... after a minute, with my mom, we washed the tomatoes, we cut them in half and we put them on the cutting board to dry! That was nice ... it was a bit ' like to be a child again ...
PRIMO GIORNO:
Li ho cosparsi con un po' di sale e messi al sole *** I sprinkled them with a little salt and put out with the sun |
TERZO GIORNO:
*** In the evening you bring them into your home, the next morning back out for five days. |
QUARTO GIORNO:
*** Here they are, ready to be in oil with a little bit of garlic and basil! |
Love
